Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only where a paid service was not started, or where a cancellation request is received before substantial counseling work has begun. Refund eligibility depends on the specific service scope and written confirmation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Fees are generally non-refundable once counseling sessions, document reviews, shortlist preparation, or advisory work has already been delivered. No refund is available based on admission decisions, scholarship results, visa outcomes, or institution timelines outside our control.

Cancellation Process

To request cancellation, email us with your payment details, service request reference, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Timeline
